  • When will you dispatch my order?

    We dispatch our orders within 5 to 7 business days after the order is placed and all shipping times are estimated to be anywhere between 10 to 15 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India. For international orders, we anticipate the packages to be delivered within 15 to 20 business days. For more information, please read our shipping policy.

  • Can I get my order expedited?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping services at the moment.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    If you want to change your shipping address please get in touch with us immediately at If the product has not been shipped we will change the address for you. However, if the product is shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address and does not get back to us. No refunds would be given if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any. Unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched. But, we'll try our best. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us at If we are able to cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.

  • How can I return items I have ordered?

    We accept the return of products if the order is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. For more information, please read our return policy.

  • How do I check my order status?

    You can view your order status after logging in to your Jibble & Cuzzi account on the website. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking link on your email and contact number. If you have any further questions, please contact us at

  • Why is my coupon code not working?

    Many codes are valid for one time use per customer. Your coupon code may not work, if you have already used it for a previous order. Only one discount or coupon code may be used per purchase at our checkout. Some discounts are applied automatically, while others require a code—but only one at a time. After redeeming an offer, no additional discounts can be applied.

  • Can I get my order gift wrapped or add a message with my order?

    Yes, there is an option to add a gift wrap and message with your order. You can access this on the product page. Please select the box and add the message you want us to put along with the order.

  • How much time will it take for me to get my refund?

    Refunds will be made:

    (i) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if they adhere to the return policy.

    (ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order is not yet shipped.
