Shipping Policy

• We dispatch our orders within 5 to 7 business days after the order is placed and all shipping times are estimated to be anywhere between 10-15 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India. For international orders, we anticipate the packages to be delivered within 15-20 business days.

• In any event that the delivery location is not easily accessible, the delivery time may take longer than our initial estimate. However, in such cases, we will contact you through your email id or phone number and update you accordingly.

• We only rely on trustworthy courier companies and in the event that a delivery is delayed by a courier service or for any other reason outside of Jibble & Cuzzi's control, we shall not be held liable. We will make every effort to deliver your product on time.

• In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, subpar courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, or significant external forces awe shall notify you of such impossibility of delivery, cancel your order, and issue a full refund.

• For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of the destination country.
